Greater Noida rose 38.9 percent Quarter-On-Quarter (QoQ) in active residential real estate searches from July to September 2023, according to Magicbricks’ PropIndex data, even as it took the lead among the 13 major cities in terms of property searches. According to the survey, the imbalance between supply and demand caused the supply of properties in Greater Noida to decrease by 6.7 QoQ, while the average property rates grew by 5.3 percent QoQ.

Larger configurations were preferred by buyers, especially 3BHK apartments, which accounted for more than 47% of the city’s residential sector searches this quarter.

Magicbricks is a platform where real estate buyers and sellers may interact. The analysis mapped the following cities in addition to Greater Noida: Thane, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Pune, Navi Mumbai, and Noida. In the meantime, average prices in Delhi grew by 1.8 percent QoQ, and searches for residential real estate increased by 7.9 percent QoQ. According to the data, Gurugram had an 8.2 percent QoQ increase in searches in the residential sector.
