With the Uttar Pradesh government’s recently approved policy for stressed projects, Shree Radha Sky Garden in Greater Noida will be the first property approved for revival, assisting over 2,000 homebuyers to receive the flat.

In this context, a directive from the Greater Noida government permits the real estate developer Hawelia Group to assume management of the 22-acre, half finished project in Greater Noida known as Shree Radha Sky Garden.

The Hawelia Group has assumed the role of co-developer, taking on the duty of completing the building of approximately 2,000 apartments.

“We will begin paying the local authority’s dues as well as having in principle approval from SWAMIH for the funding of this project. The Uttar Pradesh government has approved our only Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the revival of legacy, stalled projects, which was completed during the UP Global Investment Summit 2023. Additionally, our representation to the Central Government committee for Co-Development policy has been approved, which will benefit homebuyers in the area, said Nikhil Hawelia, Managing Director, Hawelia Group.
