Fortune Hotels, a part of ITC’s hotel group, has its sights set on Ayodhya, a rising destination. The company intends to expand its portfolio, which just reached 50 hotels, by investing in smaller cities.
It was learned that the hotel company is actively negotiating with Ayodhya investors.
“We are now having active discussions with a few Ayodhya investors. This kind of visibility for this new site excites us. Over the coming years, there will undoubtedly be a rise in demand for travel, and we will undoubtedly want to be there. We are now having some really intriguing talks with possible investors, and I will be able to share some news with you in the coming months,” Fortune Hotels’ MD, Samir MC, told Moneycontrol.
According to him, there is now another viable choice for pilgrimage tourism because of the growing interest in Ayodhya. Among other well-known spiritual locations, the hotel company owns properties in Tirupati, Katra, Madurai, and Amritsar.
