According to its chairman, Anuj Puri, property consultant Anarock anticipates a 30% increase in income this fiscal year to approximately Rs 575 crore, mostly due to robust housing sales.
Puri founded Anarock, one of the top real estate consulting companies in India, in April 2017. Puri told PTI, “Our revenue this financial year will easily cross Rs 550 crore and may touch Rs 575 crore.” He stated that sales of residential properties on behalf of builders will account for about Rs 400 crore of the total expected revenue in the fiscal year 2023–2024.
According to Puri, the number of home sales in the main market, or first sale, reached a record high in the year 2023. Demand is still high at all pricing tiers. “We anticipate that demand will continue through 2024 and beyond,” he stated, adding that sales would suffer in the event of an unusual price increase.
According to Puri, the business also anticipates making a sizable profit from consulting services in non-residential sectors like capital market transactions, land acquisitions, and the leasing of retail and warehouse facilities. Anarock reported Rs 440 crore in revenue the year before.
