According to records obtained by FloorTap.com, Axis Bank, a private sector lender, has leased 81,309 square feet of office space from Parle Product Pvt Ltd on the ground floor of the Parle Product Factory complex in the Vile Parle East neighborhood of Mumbai.
The documents state that the bank paid a security deposit of Rs 5.12 crore and rented the building’s ground floor as well as its remaining three stories for a monthly rate of Rs 85.37 lakh.
There are 300 two-wheeler parking spaces and 81 four-wheeler parking spaces available in the business space. There is a stipulation stating that rent will increase by 12 percent after three years from the start of the lease. The agreement is for five years, starting on February 1, 2024.
