A well-known Indian real estate developer, Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), announced in an exchange filing on February 14 that it had purchased about 12.5 acres of land in Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad. This signifies the company’s arrival in Hyderabad.
It is projected that the most recent development will bring in about Rs 3,500 crore.
This exceptional property parcel has the potential to be developed into about 4 million square feet of saleable area, mostly in the form of upscale residential complexes.
In addition to having a strong physical and social infrastructure—such as schools, colleges, clinics, and retail establishments—Rajendra Nagar also has good access to the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and other important Hyderabadi social and commercial areas.
