The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has floated a scheme where over 600 apartments in different categories will be offered at a discount of 15 to 25 percent and the registration for these flats started on March 14, 2024, officials aware of the matter said.

Besides, the Authority has separately put on sale 1042 flats in HIG (higher income group) and LIG (lower income group) categories on old prices.

Officials said that both these offers are part of its ongoing Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 where flats are being sold in phases. The allocation of these flats will be decided on a first come first serve (FCFS) basis.
