Singaporean Hospitality Firm Ascott Enters North India, Launches Serviced Apartments in Gurugram with Paras Buildtech
In partnership with regional real estate developer Paras Buildtech, Singapore-based hospitality company The Ascott Limited—a fully owned lodging business unit of CapitaLand Investment Limited—took a risk and opened its first serviced apartment complex in Gurugram.
The property, Citadines Paras Square Gurugram, is situated in sector 63A on posh Golf Course Extension Road and is Ascott’s newest apart’ hotel in Gurugram. According to a release, Citadines Paras Square, which is situated at sector 63A in Gurugram, is a part of Paras Square, a mixed-use development by Paras Buildtech.
According to the report, the aparthotel offers 94 completely furnished studios, one-bedroom flats, and two-bedroom apartments to suit the needs of both business and pleasure guests. In addition to fully furnished kitchenettes, the property offers on-site features such a fitness center, meeting rooms, a multi-cuisine restaurant open for breakfast, an outdoor pool, and a guest lounge.
