All 224 Flats in Gurugram Project Sold in 15 Minutes for Rs 440 crore : Ashiana Housing
Within 15 minutes of its opening, real estate company Ashiana Housing claimed to have sold 224 opulent units in Gurugram for Rs 440 crore on Saturday. The project is situated in Gurugram, Haryana, at Sector 93.
“Sold out the entire phase 3 of its prestigious project, Ashiana Amarah within 15 minutes of launch,” the business claimed in a statement. “We are thrilled with the amazing reception to the launch of Ashiana Amarah phase 3. Registration began at 11 a.m., and by 11:15, we had 800 checks for 224 units. It was four times oversubscribed in fifteen minutes, according to Ashiana Housing Joint Managing Director Ankur Gupta.
