Bhumika Group to Add 8.5 lakh sqft Retail Space in Delhi NCR in 2024
The real estate development, according to the business, will comprise a 5.5 lakh square feet high-street retail mall project in Faridabad and an additional 3 lakh square feet of retail space under the public-private partnership (PPP) model with multiple government agencies, including RRTS and Delhi Metro.
With a potential investment of about Rs 550 crore, Rajasthan-based real estate developer Bhumika Group intends to create 8.5 lakh square feet of retail space in Delhi NCR by 2024.
A 5.5 lakh square foot high-street retail mall project in Faridabad and an additional 3 lakh square foot retail space under the public-private partnership (PPP) model with various government authorities, including Delhi Metro and the Regional Rapid Transit System between Delhi and Meerut, are part of the real estate development, according to the company. The Bhumika Group is currently building retail space at the Delhi Metro’s violet line’s NHPC Metro Station.
The retail project in Faridabad has a 2-acre frontage along Mathura Road and is located in an excellent location in sector 27, according to Uddhav Poddar, Managing Director of Bhumika Group.
