Noida Authority sells 149 Plots in FY24, gets Rs 1.03 Lakh Crore of Investment Commitments
According to officials, the Noida Authority sold 149 plots in FY24 and obtained investment pledges totaling Rs 1.03 lakh crore from the purchasers for a variety of projects that would be implemented on these lands.
Companies in the housing, IT/ITES, industrial, and commercial sectors were given plots. According to the executives, obtaining investment commitments of Rs 90,000 crore was the goal for the current fiscal year.
The Uttar Pradesh government has received a report from the Authority detailing the investment ideas that were submitted and those that came to fruition in FY24. The state administration intends to formally unveil these projects with a groundbreaking ceremony, according to the authorities.
A top Authority official stated, “About 450 entrepreneurs have signed Memorandums of Understanding with the UP government for investment in Noida in the last year.” “In the financial year 2023–2024, the Authority has allocated 149 plots against the same number of investment proposals; the remaining investors will receive land in the undeveloped ‘New Noida’ region.”
