ED Attaches Properties Worth Rs 291.18 Crore at Noida’s Great India Place Mall

On May 30, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) announced that, in accordance with money-laundering laws, it had attached properties totaling Rs 291.18 crore, including a number of stores and spaces at Noida’s Great India Place Mall.

Additionally, ED has taken control of a Rohini business. The action is a result of allegations of cheating made to International Recreation & Amusement by the Gurugram Police.  They allegedly raised more than Rs 400 Crore from almost 1500 investors by promising them Gurugram stores and apartments, but nothing materialized.

Additionally, 218 acres of land in the village of Daulatpur, Tehsil-Amer, Jaipur, held in the name of International Amusement and Infrastructure Limited, have been attached by the agency as leasehold rights.
