Uttar Pradesh Government Halts Cancellation of Land Allotment to M3M Group in Noida
On May 10, the Uttar Pradesh government revoked the allocation of plots situated in Sectors 72 and 94 in Noida, citing procedural violations in the e-tender process. The project sites were then sealed by the Noida Authority.
The termination of the M3M group companies Lavish Buildmart and Skyline Propcon’s commercial plot allocation in Noida has been postponed by the Uttar Pradesh government, which has also opted to review the decision. The government took this action in response to the appeals filed by the two companies and the reports that the Noida Authority had provided.
