Tata Digital Renews Lease of Headquarters at Mumbai’s Fort House for Rs 3-cr Monthly Rent

Documents obtained by commercial real estate data analytics company FloorTap.com show that Tata Digital Private Limited (TDPL), a division of Tata Sons Private Limited, has extended the lease of its headquarters in Fort, Mumbai, for a monthly rental of Rs 2.98 crore.

As per the records, Tata Digital has paid a security deposit of Rs 15.02 crore for the transaction, and the total size of the lease is 1.02 lakh square feet.

The business has paid a stamp duty of Rs 29 lakh for the commercial real estate acquisition, which was registered on May 16, 2024. Documents revealed that the company’s headquarters lease has been extended for an additional three years.

The lease’s start date is April 1, 2024, and it has a one-year lock-in period. The Tata Digital headquarters, which runs the Tata Neu super app, is expected to stay at the Fort House for the next three years, according to the lease agreement.
