Documents viewed by FloorTap.com, a platform for commercial real estate data analytics, show that ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited paid Rs 315 crore for the purchase of the Kalpataru Infinia building in Santacruz East, Mumbai.

Ixora Properties Pvt Ltd was the seller of the property. On June 27, 2024, the commercial property’s transfer deed was signed, and the buyer had to pay Rs 18.9 crore in stamp duty for the deal.
