Documents viewed by FloorTap.com, a platform for commercial real estate data analytics, show that ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited paid Rs 315 crore for the purchase of the Kalpataru Infinia building in Santacruz East, Mumbai.
The building has 12 stories, a ground level, and three basements, per the records. The price of the land is also included in the contract.
Ixora Properties Pvt Ltd was the seller of the property. On June 27, 2024, the commercial property’s transfer deed was signed, and the buyer had to pay Rs 18.9 crore in stamp duty for the deal.
According to the paperwork, 63,733 square feet is the total space covered by the agreement. There are 114 spaces for parking cars in the building.
