Yamuna Expressway Authority Launches Over 350 Plots For Sale Near Noida Airport
According to officials with knowledge of the situation, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), buoyed by the success of its residential plots plan from the previous year, has again made over 350 residential plots in four distinct sectors near the future Noida International Airport available for purchase.
As part of the plan, the Authority is offering about 361 plots in seven various sizes. The deadline for registering for the plot scheme is August 5. A lucky lottery will be used to distribute plots in September.
The upcoming opening of the Noida airport near Jewar has increased demand in all segments—residential, business, and industrial. The neighborhood is growing so fast that individuals want to live and invest near the airport. To capitalize on these attributes, the Authority has implemented a residential plot layout. “YEIDA CEO Arun Vir Singh announced that registrations for the program are now open and close on August 5th.
Earlier in October 2023, YEIDA held a lottery for 1,184 residential plots spread over three districts. 1,184 residential plots in YEIDA sectors 16, 17, and 20 are available for purchase; up to 1.4 lakh applications have been submitted.
