DLF to Enter Goa Market in August, to Launch Luxury Villas Costing Around Rs 50 Crore
According to persons with knowledge of the situation, listed real estate developer DLF Limited, located in Delhi-NCR, plans to introduce ultra-luxury villas in Goa that will retail for about Rs 50 crore in Q2 of FY 2024–2025
Goa’s attraction among India’s affluent is highlighted by the fact that almost 35% of holiday home buyers choose the destination as a second home, according to Sotheby’s International Realty (ISIR) Luxury Outlook Survey 2024.
A number of variables, including as strong rental yields, a growing inclination towards gated communities, and a shift in the buyer demographic toward younger, lifestyle-focused individuals, are driving this trend.
Approximately 62 opulent homes in the Reis Magos neighborhood of Goa will be part of the “by invitation” project. Situated on a 38-acre slope with a view of the Mandavi River, the ultra-luxurious property will be created. These villas will have ticket prices ranging from Rs 40 crore to Rs 50 crore.
