Ashar Group Sells Triplex Unit in Pali Hill for Rs 172 cr at Rs 1.81 Lakh Per sq ft
The infrastructure company Apco Infratech purchased a 9,527 square foot “triplex” property from real estate developer Ashar Group at its planned development, The Legend by Ashar, on Pali Hill, Bandra, for a total of Rs 172 crore. The mansion of late actor Dilip Kumar is being redeveloped as part of this project.
Ashar declared in a statement that it had realized a price per square foot of Rs 1,81,000 for the deal, referring to it as a “benchmark” in the Mumbai real estate market.
According to the firm, the buyers paid a stamp duty of Rs 9.30 crore on the transaction, which was registered on July 23. The top three stories of the eleven-story skyscraper comprise the property.
The units will be turned over by the project, which is registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, or MahaRERA, by the end of 2027.
