19 Group Housing Plots Up For Grabs Near Noida Airport on Yamuna Expressway
In the Gautam Buddha Nagar area of Uttar Pradesh (UP), close to Jewar, the future location of the Noida International Airport, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has proposed a plan for group housing plots.
Launched on August 1 and set to expire on August 30, the program offers 19 new group dwelling plots for sale with a total area of 430,000 square meters (sq m).
Plots are located along the Yamuna Expressway in three sectors and range in size from 2.5 to 12 acres. Through the current scheme, YEIDA hopes to raise Rs 1,407 crore through the allocation of these plots.
Near the airport that is now under development, YEIDA recently sold two group housing plots to real estate companies, Eldeco and Purvanchal Projects, which is expected to be operational by the end of this year.
