Max Estates to Develop Luxury Residential Project Along Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram, Eyes Top Line of Rs 4,000 Crore
Top corporate officials announced that Max Estates, the real estate arm of the Max Group and a listed developer based in Delhi NCR, is planning to build a luxury housing project with a tentative gross development value of Rs 4,000 crore along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
The first “intergenerational living community” project in Delhi-NCR, “Estates 360” in Gurugram, would have both luxury homes for non-seniors and senior living apartments.
In the project, the real estate company intends to create about 2.4 million square feet (msf) of space.
This collaborative development project is set to be constructed on an 11.8-acre plot of land near the intersection of the Dwarka Expressway, Central Peripheral Road, and NH-8. The project’s development potential is 2.4 million square feet, and its estimated top line is approximately Rs 4,000 crore, Rishi Raj, COO of Max Estates, told Moneycontrol.
