YEIDA Launches Over 1,200 Flats Near Noida International Airport
In Sector 22D, close to the future Noida International Airport, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has unveiled a new housing project with more than 1,200 apartments. Starting on Thursday, the program will run until March 31, 2025, or until all of the units are sold on a “first come, first serve” basis.
Options for Inexpensive Housing There are three kinds of apartments in the scheme:
Affordable 1 BHK Flats: 276 apartments with an area of 29.8 sqm, priced at?23.4 lakh for the ground floor and?20.7 lakh for the upper floors. 1 BHK Flats: 713 apartments with an area of 54.7 sqm, priced at?33 lakh, housed in four-story structures. 2BHK Flats: 250 apartments with an area of 99.9 sqm and a price tag of?45 lakh, available in structures up to 16 stories. Procedure for Applications and Eligibility A 10% earnest money deposit (EMD) and a non-refundable registration charge of?600 are required for online applications through the YEIDA website. The only qualified candidates are Indian citizens over the age of 18, who have never before received a flat assignment from YEIDA.
Remittance and Ownership A one-time payment plan with a 2% discount or an installment plan allowing buyers to spread out the payment over five years are the available payment alternatives. After the lease deed is signed and thirty percent of the entire payment is paid, the apartments will be turned over.
