Noida, Greater Noida housing markets see sales value surging 34%, registrations rising by 6% in Q3CY2024

According to data from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) and Square Yards, residential real estate prices in the Noida and Greater Noida micro-markets are still rising. During the July–September calendar year 2024 period, property registrations in these twin cities increased by 6% year over year (YoY), and registered sales value increased by 34% during the same period.

The average home sales value in Noida has surpassed Rs 1-crore, a 41 percent YoY increase, indicating a significant uptick in the residential sector.

The report shows that between July and September 2024, 8,128 properties in Noida and Greater Noida were registered with IGR, a 6% YoY increase. With 62 percent (5,001 properties) of these deals in Q3 2024, Greater Noida was the rallying point. Both primary and secondary residential real estate transactions are included in the data.
