CRC Group to Invest Rs 525 Crore to Develop Ultra-Luxury Project in Greater Noida West
The ultra-luxury residential project “CRC Maesta,” which is expected to generate sales of Rs 800 crore, will be developed by Noida-based real estate developer CRC Group with an investment of Rs 525 crore.
The project, which is situated in Sector 1, Greater Noida West, was designed by CRC Group in partnership with Padma Shri-awarded architect Hafeez Contractor.
The project will include 3 and 4 BHK ultra-luxury houses in various sizes, including 1,750 square feet (sqft), 2,675 sqft, and 2,700 sqft, according to Kunal Bhalla, founder and CEO of CRC Group.
The development consists of 358 apartments and covers an area of about 3.65 acres. The saleable area of the project will be 7.28 million square feet, while the built-up area will be 1 million square feet. The project will only have two apartments per floor, Bhalla stated.
