Even though Ashiana Housing Ltd., a listed real estate developer, has set a sales guidance of Rs 2,000 crore for the current fiscal year, Joint Managing Director Ankur Gupta told Moneycontrol in an interview that the company plans to add roughly 2.5 to 3 million square feet (msf) of space for development through its various projects across the country in the financial year 2024–25.
In the current fiscal year, the company, which is active in the senior and assisted living sectors, also intends to introduce four new projects in Chennai, Gurugram, and Jaipur. These comprise one senior living initiative and two kid-focused projects.
The company, which has its headquarters in Delhi, also intends to join the Bengaluru, Panvel, and Noida-Greater Noida real estate sectors.
“We will be releasing one kid-centric houses project in each of Jaipur and Gurugram, one senior living project in Chennai, and one premium housing project in Jaipur due to the strong demand in the housing sector. Our sales target for this year is to exceed Rs 2,000 crore, as per Gupta’s statement to Moneycontrol. Last year, we had sales bookings for Rs 1,798 crore.
