Birla Estates to Co-Develop 131-Acre Land Parcel in Noida
The LGCPL Group and real estate development company Birla Estates, a division of Century Textiles and Industries Ltd, controlled by the Aditya Birla group, have reached a co-development agreement to jointly develop a 131-acre plot of land in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the company announced in an exchange filing.
According to the proposal, the Sector 150 development will include a 50-acre golf course and other sports facilities as part of the Integrated Sports City.
Birla Estates has thus far mostly concentrated on high-end and opulent real estate projects in a few chosen cities and areas, most notably Mumbai, Bengaluru, and the National Capital Region.
According to the business, the land parcel offers better access to Delhi and Greater Noida because it is situated near the Yamuna Expressway and along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Birla Estates has launched projects in Delhi’s Mathura Road as well as in Gurugram’s sectors 31 and 71 in the National Capital Region.
