Century Real Estate to Invest Rs 3,500 Crore to Build office spaces in Bengaluru Over The Next 5 Years
Over the next five years, Century Real Estate intends to invest more than Rs 3,500 crore to construct office space in Bengaluru, managing director (MD) Ravindra Pai said in an interview with Moneycontrol.
During the 2025 fiscal year, the company plans to invest in excess of Rs 500 crore.
In 2020, the real estate developer with headquarters in Bengaluru ventured into the commercial market. Century worked on the Downtown Hebbal project with the Godrej Fund. Plans are currently underway to create the project’s second tower. In north Bengaluru, the real estate company plans to build 4.5 million square feet (msf) of office space.
“We believe that the growth is more towards north Bangalore due to rising infrastructure and Metro construction,” Pai remarked.
