County Group Secures Development Rights of 7.9-acre Land Parcel in Gurugram for Rs 105 Crore

According to records obtained by real estate analytics company CRE Matrix, the Delhi-NCR-based County Group has acquired development rights to a 7.9-acre land tract in Gurugram from Brock Developers Private Limited and Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited for Rs 105 crore.

The land parcel is situated close to the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram’s village Harsaru, sector 88A.

The documents state that the County Group subsidiary Perfect Megastructure Private Limited has the legal authority to build the 7.9-acre plot of land. On July 9, 2024, the real estate company inked a development agreement with Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited and Brock Developers Private Limited. According to the documents, the developer had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore in order to register the deal.
