DDA to offer 173 Premium Flats in Dwarka at a Starting Price of Rs 1.28 Crore
According to people with knowledge of the situation, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) would provide 173 luxury flats in various Dwarka neighborhoods in the southwest of the capital as part of its Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024.
These apartments are expected to start at Rs 1.28 crore and go up to Rs 2.5 crore, according to their statement. This housing plan will serve the homebuying segments of middle-class (HIG) and high-class (MIG) consumers.
These apartments will be distributed by online bidding. Soon, the day and time for registering for the e-auction and scheme will be revealed.
As per DDA, the premium flats initiative would be a component of a broader scheme in which the development agency of the capital will provide up to 40,000 flats, along with housing units intended for those belonging to the economically weaker section (EWS) and lower-income group (LIG) categories.
