DLF Plans to Launch Rs 1.04 Lakh Crore Worth Real Estate Projects in Medium Term
As part of its aim to capitalize on the high demand for luxury residences, real estate giant DLF intends to offer around 37 million square feet of space for sale in a number of cities over the medium term, with a potential income of Rs 1.04 lakh crore.
DLF disclosed that it “planned launches of Rs 1+ lakh crore (36 million square feet) of new products over the medium term” in its most recent investor presentation for the April–June quarter.
The company disclosed the breakdown, stating that a 12.8 million square foot area with a potential income of Rs 42,000 crore will be introduced for sales this fiscal year.
DLF plans to begin construction on a 24 million square foot area with a gross development value of Rs 62,500 crore in the upcoming years.
