According to reports, the Great India Place Mall complex in Noida, Delhi-NCR, is set to be acquired by the Diversified Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group). If the proposed acquisition goes through, it may be worth up to Rs 2,000 crore, making it one of the biggest deals in Noida’s real estate market, according to a newspaper article that cited sources.

Moneycontrol was unable to independently confirm the report.
Remarkably, the complex’s total constructed area is 147 acres, which includes a variety of malls and undeveloped areas with the possibility to be expanded into residential or commercial structures. There is now about 1.7 million square feet of space that can be developed.
