Dwarka Expressway, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway Drive the Real Estate Boom in The Region
The Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the more modern Dwarka Expressway, which are the two main expressways in the Delhi-National Capital Region, have been driving the region’s real estate development. The average home price in recently opened projects along the Dwarka Expressway and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway increased by more than 100% between 2021 and 2024, per a Moneycontrol examination of real estate data.
The other one connects Noida and Greater Noida sub-cities and will link the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar through the Yamuna Expressway, which branches off from the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The Dwarka Expressway links Gurugram, Haryana, with Delhi’s Dwarka suburb and Indira Gandhi International Airport.
While the Dwarka Expressway was conceptualized in 2006–07 and launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in March 2024, the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway was opened in the early 2000s.
Traveling to and from these satellite communities is now simple thanks to these two expressways. According to experts, the condominiums have raised the liveability factor along these expressways since they offer modern amenities, shopping centers and workplaces, social infrastructure like schools and hospitals, and improved connection, among other things.
