Experion Developers to Invest Rs 1,500 crore to Build New Housing Projects in Noida

Experion Developers, a real estate company, wants to expand in response to a rapid increase in demand for residential homes by investing approximately Rs 1,500 crore to create a luxury housing complex in Noida.

Experion Developers, situated in Gurugram, has filed for a launch permit with the real estate regulatory body, RERA, for its new project, “Experion Elements.” In this 4.7-acre project in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, the company—a fully owned subsidiary of Experion Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore—will build about 320 residential units. Approximately 160 units are being up for sale in the first phase.

CEO of Experion Developers Nagaraju Routhu announced the company’s entry into Noida, a significant Delhi-NCR real estate sector. He announced that the company is starting the first phase of the project, which will consist of 160 units, after receiving the RERA registration for this project. In order to build this housing project, the business had purchased this land through an auction from the state government. This project would have more than 10 lakh square feet of developable space overall.

Regarding investments, Routhu estimated that they will total roughly Rs 1,500 crore. Internal accruals and client payments received as an advance against sales will cover the expense. A three-bedroom flat in this building starts at about Rs 5 crore. The project will include a cutting-edge infrastructure for electric car charging. Township, residential, and commercial developments are being developed in Gurugram, Amritsar, Lucknow, and Noida by Experion Developers.
