Godrej & Boyce Sells Two Office Spaces in Mumbai to Godrej Industries for Rs 157 Crore
According to a document obtained by Propstack, Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Ltd sold office property in Mumbai’s Vikroli neighborhood to Godrej Industries Ltd for Rs 157 crore. The elegant Godrej One skyscraper houses the two office buildings.
Located on the eighth floor of the north tower of the Godrej One building, the first office space spans 24,364 square feet. The ninth floor of the same tower houses the second office, which has a similar layout.
The April 30 agreement states that a total of 75 parking spaces in the building’s upper and lower basements will be available for both office spaces.
