Godrej Properties Acquires 6 Land Parcels in Jul-Sep to Build Projects Worth Rs 9,650 cr
In response to high demand, real estate company Godrej Properties purchased six additional land lots during the July–September quarter in order to build home projects valued at Rs 9,650 crore as part of its development plan.
One of the top developers of real estate in the nation is Godrej Properties. It is well-represented in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and Delhi-NCR.
Godrej Properties forms collaborations with landowners for joint development as well as outright purchases of land in order to grow its housing industry.
Godrej Properties reported that it had added eight additional land parcels in the first half of this fiscal year, with a total estimated saleable area of about 11 million square feet and a total estimated booking value potential of around Rs 12,650 crore, in its most recent operational reports for the July-September quarter.
