Godrej Properties Sells More Than 2,000 Flats in Bengaluru for Over Rs 3,150 Crore
In response to the high demand for residential real estate, Godrej Properties Ltd. reported on Tuesday that it had sold more than 2,000 units for more than Rs 3,150 crore in its new housing project in Bengaluru. Godrej Properties stated in a regulatory filing that it had secured sales bookings of more than Rs 3,150 crore for the “Godrej Woodscapes” project, situated near Bengaluru’s Whitefield-Budigere Cross.
According to the firm, this is Godrej Properties’ most successful launch to date in terms of the number and value of sales attained.
Additionally, Godrej Properties stated that it is the second launch in the last three months to reach Rs 3,000 crore in sales.
Godrej Properties reported that the project’s excellent launch has allowed the company to beat its FY24 full-year sales target in South India in the first quarter.
