Greater Noida Authority Launches Builder Plots Scheme For 8,000 Flats. Here are 5 Things to Know
Launching the builder plot program on July 2, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) cleared the path for the construction of around 8,000 units.
Five builder plots in five distinct Greater Noida regions are currently for sale, according to the authorities. Officials stated that it anticipates earning about Rs 500 crore from the sale based on the reserve price.
“We have introduced the builder plots initiative in response to an increase in demand for residential real estate. Developers will be able to build about 8,000 apartments under the plan in these five well-connected and infrastructure-rich sectors. “We are optimistic about the scheme’s reception,” NG Ravi Kumar, CEO of GNIDA, stated on July 2.
