Greater Noida Integrated Township to Launch First Group Housing Plots Scheme, Eyes over Rs 1,100-cr Revenue

Four plots of varying sizes would be included in the block when the Integrated Industrial Township Greater Noida Limited (IITGNL) launches its first group housing program. According to officials, the deal is anticipated to bring in more than Rs 1,100 crore for the government.

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) and Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) collaborated to create IITGNL, a smart township with plug-and-play infrastructure and an automated solid waste management system.

IITGNL officials stated that at a recent board meeting, directives were given to begin the first group housing program. An electronic auction will be used to distribute the four plots.

“The allotment rate was accepted during the IITGNL board meeting last week. The group home plots in this township have a set reserve price of Rs 44,400 per square meter. In about a month, we want to launch the group housing plot project,” a GNIDA official told Moneycontrol.
