According to Anarock statistics on the Delhi NCR market, housing sales in Gurugram increased by 13% annually in 2023 due to strong demand, particularly for luxury units. In contrast, Noida and Greater Noida saw a decline of 7-8%.
According to data from real estate consultant Anarock, sales of residential houses in Gurugram increased by 13% to 36,970 in 2023 from 32,615 units the year before.
Sales in Noida, meanwhile, decreased 8% to 5,840 units from 6,360 units. Sales in Greater Noida decreased by 7% to 10,180 units from 10,985 units. The number of units in Ghaziabad also decreased by 8%, from 6,890 to 6,340.
In 2023, the combined sales of homes in Faridabad, Delhi, and Bhiwadi fell from 6,860 units to 6,295 units.
