Indian investors have always been drawn to London’s real estate market. While Bollywood celebrities and industrialists make up the majority of conventional investors, there has recently been a movement in the market as Indians want to purchase real estate in London for their children who are attending university there. Eight projects, some of which are regeneration projects, are under the portfolio of Barratt London, a prominent real estate developer in the city for more than 40 years. In the upcoming months, the organization intends to add up to three more.
The clientele has shifted as a result of affordability entering the picture. The prices are similar to those in Delhi and Mumbai. According to Stuart Leslie, International Sales and Marketing Director at Barratt London, a 1BHK starts at Rs 3.2 crore, while a 3BHK can cost you about Rs 5 crore. This information was provided to Moneycontrol.
