Lenskart’s Peyush Bansal, Members of Dhanuka Family Buy Luxury Apartments in DLF’s The Camellias in Gurugram

Four distinct houses with a combined value of Rs 106.4 crore have different conveyance deeds registered in DLF’s ultra-luxury Gurugram property, The Camellias. The creator of Lenskart, Peyush Bansal, Ram Gopal Agarwal of Dhanuka Agritech, Rahul Dhanuka, and Harsh Dhanuka are the purchasers of these opulent residences, per papers obtained by real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix.

The transfer titles for these buildings were executed in April 2024, although the paperwork indicated that these units, which ranged in size from 7,361 to 9,419 square feet, were reserved and purchased between 2015 and 2022.

Bansal and the Dhanuka family bought properties separately.

Documents show that in August 2022, Bansal bought a luxurious 7,461 square foot condominium at The Camellias. The purchase price of the apartment with four parking spaces was Rs 27.02 crore. On April 29, 2024, the property’s conveyance deed was signed. For the deal, Bansal paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.89 crore.
