Luxury Homes Accounted for 45 Percent of The Total Housing Sales in Delhi-NCR, Gurugram Tops The Chart: ANAROCK
In the last five years, there have been multiple real estate trend reversals in the Delhi-NCR area. The most recent of these is the significant shift in demand toward luxury homes.
According to data from real estate consulting firm ANAROCK, luxury properties made up about half of all residential real estate sales in Delhi-NCR, with Gurugram at the top of the list.
According to ANAROCK data issued on August 1, of the almost 32,200 units of property sold in the National Capital Region in the first half of 2024, more than 45 percent were in the luxury class and 24 percent were in the cheap group. In H1 2024, about 14,630 luxury units were sold in Delhi-NCR, compared to about 1,580 units in all of 2019.
