Macrotech Acquires 3 Land Parcels During Q1 in Mumbai, Pune
Real estate company Macrotech Developers, which is optimistic about the need for homes, bought three land parcels in Pune and the Mumbai area in the April–June quarter in order to build projects with a potential revenue of more than Rs 11,000 crore.
Macrotech Developers, a company located in Mumbai that sells real estate under the Lodha brand, is buying land in two ways: directly from landowners and through partnerships.
“We added three projects in MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) and Pune having Rs 11,100 crore of GDV (gross development value), which is more than 50% of full-year guidance of Rs 21,000 crore,” Macrotech Developers stated in a business development update.
The company did not specify whether it acquired landowners outright or through joint development agreements (JDAs) in its most recent operational updates.
