Marriott to Set Up Hotel in Greater Noida West in Collaboration with realty Firm Trehan Iris
Real estate developer Trehan Iris, based in Delhi NCR, has announced a partnership with Courtyard by Marriott, introducing the Marriott brand to the Noida region for the first time, according to the real estate company.
According to the deal, a Marriott hotel will be built in the Greater Noida West mixed-use complex on Iris Broadway. According to the company, the Marriott hotel will have 135 rooms and function space that can accommodate more than 2,000 people.
The hotel will also feature terraces, a swimming pool with a deck and a floating bar, and two sizable banquet spaces. The real estate agency stated that the Courtyard by Marriott is scheduled to open for business by 2027
