For a monthly rent of Rs 2.07 crore, Barclays Bank PLC and Barclays Investments & Loans (India) Private Limited have separately rented 64,995 square feet of office space in Mumbai’s Worli neighborhood. The office space is located in Raheja Altmius, and FloorTap.com was able to get registration paperwork that show the rent per square foot for the deal is Rs 320.
The building’s upper levels house the commercial premises, and the security deposit is Rs 12.47 crore. Whispering Heights Real Estate Pvt Ltd, a division of MindSpace Business Parks, is the lessor.
The rent commencement date was set for July 1, 2024, and the two transactions were registered on January 24 and January 25. The leasing agreements have a five-year initial term and a five-year renewal period. According to the contracts, there is a two-year lock-in term and a 4.5 percent annual rent increase.
There are 51 parking spaces available for the office units, and the rent per square foot is Rs 320 per month.
