Noida Authority to Raise Rs 3,700 Crore by Selling 5.5 Lakh sqm of Land in FY25

According to people with knowledge of the situation, the Noida Authority intends to sell more than 500,000 square meters of land in order to raise more than Rs 3,700 crore in the 2024–25 fiscal year

They stated that the land will be distributed among several sectors, including commercial, institutional, group housing, industrial, and residential.

These land pieces are spread throughout the city, according to people with knowledge of the development, and the authority plans to sell these plots through e-auction by putting up several projects.

“We’ll launch a number of initiatives in different markets to e-auction various kinds of land lots. If all goes according to plan, we intend to allot 5.5 lakh square meters of land in the current fiscal year, and by selling these plots, we hope to collect about Rs 3,700 crore,” a senior Noida Authority official told Moneycontrol.
