Realty Firms Eldeco and Purvanchal Projects Buy Group Housing Plots near Noida Airport
Two group housing sites close to the future Noida International Airport were up for purchase in an e-auction hosted by the Yamuna Expressway Authority, with Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd (EIPL) and Purvanchal Projects Private Ltd winning.
The YEIDA, the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, has listed two group home plots for sale. The sites are 20,000 sqm and 40,000 sqm in size. Purvanchal Projects bought the 40,000 square meter site, while Eldeco won the auction for the 20,000 square meter plot.
Situated in sector 22D off the Yamuna Expressway, which links Greater Noida with the historic cities of Mathura and Agra, are the group home plots. All told, the YEIDA sold these plots for about Rs 246.44 crore. The development of the Uttar Pradesh regions that run beside the Yamuna Expressway is under the purview of YEIDA.
