Signature Global To Launch Housing Projects worth Rs 50,000 cr in Next 3yrs: Chairman Aggarwal
Due to high customer demand, real estate company Signature Global Ltd. intends to expand over the next three years by launching several home projects in Delhi-NCR valued at Rs 50,000 crore.
Listed on stock exchanges, Signature Global is one of the nation’s top real estate companies. In the previous fiscal year, it sold properties valued at Rs 7,200 crore, and this fiscal year, it hopes to sell buildings valued at Rs 10,000 crore.
Housing demand in Gurugram is still high, according to Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal, who told PTI that the company would continue to grow by starting new projects and purchasing additional land parcels.
“Our launch pipeline is robust. Over the next three years, we hope to start projects totaling Rs 50,000 crore.
