Skootr Leases over 100,000 sq ft Office Space in Noida
A managed office space provider called Skootr leased more than 100,000 square feet of space in Max Square, Noida.
Skootr Palace Park, the center, can accommodate 1,586 people in seats.
The corporation presently has 80 offices with 3.5 million square feet of built-up space. In the following four years, it intends to add five million square feet.
By FY25, the business plans to add more than one million square feet to its portfolio; of that, one million will be allocated for Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Delhi NCR, and the other half will be distributed among other cities such as Pune, Mumbai, and Chennai.
