Yamuna Expressway Authority Extends Date of Draw for Residential Plots near Noida Airport to October 10

The date of draw for the distribution of residential plots has been moved up to October 10 by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA), according to reports.

The residential plot lucky draw was originally scheduled for September 20. Additionally, the deadline for submitting applications for the residential plots plan has been extended by the administration to August 23.

In sectors 16, 18, 20, and 22D, the authorities has put 361 residential plots up for sale. The Yamuna Expressway, which links Greater Noida with Agra and Mathura, is close to these properties. The projected Film City, the Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE), and the future Noida International Airport are all in close proximity to the land parcels.

“The reaction from potential purchasers for the residential plot project is encouraging. Due to several requests from buyers for an extension of the application deadline, we have extended it until August 31. Instead of September 20, 2024, the lucky draw for the plots will now take place on October 10, according to a YEIDA official who spoke with Moneycontrol.
